The City of Suisun City has partnered with Lyft and the Solano Transportation Authority to provide subsidized Lyft rides for residents to get around Suisun City and to specific geofenced areas outside of the City during the hours 6am-10pm. How To Redeem Your Ride
Download the Lyft app and create an account.
Log into the Lyft app.
Tap the menu on the top-left corner before requesting a ride.
Select ‘Payment.’
Scroll down to “Lyft Pass,” and press the “Add Lyft Pass.”

For rides within Suisun enter code: SUISUN2
For Rides to one of the 5 geofenced areas: SUISUN3
For residents who qualify as low-income, all 1-way eligible rides are $1.50.

Vallejo/Benicia Area Subsidized Lyft Programs
Solano Transportation Authority (STA) will pay a portion of your Lyft fare for rideshare trips that start and end within designated locations in the Vallejo/Benicia service area. All trips must be within the designated areas. If your pickup or drop-off is outside the specified areas, the discount is not valid.
How To Redeem Your Ride
Download the Lyft app and create an account.
Log into the Lyft app upon arriving at any of the select stations.
Tap the menu on the top-left corner before requesting a ride.
Select ‘Payment’.
Enter code based on the table below, into the ‘Add Lyft Pass,’ section.
App users will only need to enter the code once and it will automatically be applied to any eligible ride throughout the lifetime of the program.

Benicia Lyft Program
Solano Transportation Authority (STA) will pay a portion of your Lyft rides throughout the city of Benicia, and to Springstown Center in Vallejo. These rides are valid only to specific destinations and between the hours of 6am-9pm for Benicia residents. To qualify you must be an older adult (65+), a veteran, or ADA eligible. If your pickup or drop-off is outside the specified areas, the discount is not valid.

How do I sign up for the program?
To sign up for the program, you will need to first contact Solano Mobility at 800-535-6883. The call center staff will ask you to submit one of three documents:
Please download the Lyft app to your smartphone after you have submitted your application. Once staff has received the supporting information, discount will be applied on your smartphone within 24-48 hours.
How much does it cost?
$4 per trip for qualified individuals
$3 per trip for low-income qualified
What if I am in a wheel chair, can I still participate in the program?
Yes. Please make sure to let the call center staff know that you are in a wheel chair prior to signing up, so they can provide you with the correct information.
What if I don't have a smart phone?
If you don’t have a smart phone you can still use the program. Let call center staff know when you are signing up so they can give you the correct information.
Lyft requires a debit/ credit card to be on file. What if I don't have one?
If you do not have a debit or credit card, you will need to purchase a prepaid debit card available at many retail stores.

Amtrak + Lyft
The Amtrak + Lyft Program provides participants a 10-ride Amtrak pass plus 10 free Solano County train station Lyft connections, all for $20.
Participants must be residents of or employed in Fairfield, Suisun City, or Vacaville, and new to Amtrak for commuting. Participants can use this program up to 3 times. 10-ride Amtrak tickets expire 60 days from the start date printed on the ticket.
Free Lyft rides are applicable only in Solano County, to or from the Suisun-Fairfield Amtrak station or the Fairfield-Vacaville Amtrak station, up to $25 per ride. Free Lyft rides (up to $25) are only available for the duration of the 10-ride passes. The program shall not be used for pickup or drop off outside of Solano County. Staff reserves the right to remove participants for misuse of the program.

First / Last Mile Program
The purpose of the First/Last Mile Program is to help commuters who use alternate modes of transportation to travel to work and have problems connecting with Solano County transit hubs for the first/last leg of their trip.
Solano Mobility and Lyft have partnered to provide 80% off Lyft rides (up to $25) to all Solano County Transportation Centers, the two Solano County train stations, and all Solano County SolanoExpress bus stops (12 transit locations total). Participant pays 20% of the cost of the ride plus any cost over $25. All participants are eligible for 45 rides in one calendar month. Participants must live or work in Solano County and be over the age of 18. New participants are added to the program within 48 business hours. The program shall not be used for pickup or drop off outside of Solano County. Staff reserves the right to remove participants for misuse of the program.
The First/Last Mile Pilot Program is subject to termination upon depletion of program funding or by decision of Solano Mobility. Solano Mobility shall be under no obligation to honor requests received after the depletion of program funding or termination of the program.
